Terms of lease (in brief):
The reservation will become valid when the reservation fee (25% of the total sum) is paid. The rest of the fee (75% of the total sum) and the key deposit (200€) will be paid no later than 28 days before the beginning of the reserved holiday period. If the reservation is made later than 28 days before the reserved holiday period, the fee will be paid in full immediately after making the reservation. If the customer cancels the reservation 28 days before the reserved holiday period, the fee will be returned in full.
The holiday week begins usually on Friday at 18:00 and ends on Friday at 12:00. The holiday weekend begins on Thursday at 18:00 and ends on Sunday at 18:00, or alternatively begins on Friday at 18:00 and ends on Monday at 18:00.
It is mandatory for the customer to use the cleaning and linen washing services provided by the owner (linen washing 15€ per person and cleaning 150€ per villa). Smoking is not allowed inside the villas. It is prohibited to bring pets inside the villas.
